Terms of service

By using dealindex.ai, the public JSON feed at /api/deals/live, or the MCP server at mcp.dealindex.ai, you agree to the terms below. The service is operated by Orokrt Retail Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

What we provide

A price-checked index of UK retail deals. Every published deal has passed the five-gate Real-Deal Detection process described on the methodology page. Prices and stock are pulled from the relevant retailer's public API and timestamped at the moment of publication.

No warranty on prices

Retail prices change without notice. We display the price our ingest pipeline saw at the time stamped on each deal page; the retailer's price at the time you click through may differ. We are not the merchant, do not collect payment, and are not party to your purchase contract.

Affiliate links

Outbound links to retailers carry affiliate-tracking parameters. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases. Your price is unchanged. Full detail at /affiliate-disclosure.

Acceptable use

• The MCP server is rate-limited to 100 requests per minute per IP. Higher limits available for good-faith integrations — email [email protected].
• The JSON feed and MCP responses may be cited with attribution to DealIndex.ai and the per-record updated_at timestamp. Bulk redistribution requires a licensing agreement.
• Don't scrape the HTML site to circumvent the JSON feed; use the JSON feed.
• Don't represent DealIndex content as your own product without written permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service (DoS, malformed payloads, credential stuffing).

Intellectual property

The DealIndex name, mark, methodology copy, design system, editorial content and code are owned by Orokrt Retail Ltd. Product images are sourced from the retailer's own CDN and remain their property; we display them under fair-dealing for deal review.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealIndex is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded by UK law.

Governing law

Laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

Material changes flagged on the homepage for two weeks before they take effect. Continued use after the change date counts as acceptance.
